Impressions Children’s Ministry Day is a training day for those involved in ministry to children, to be held at Anchor Church, Whitby, Wellington on November 20. The event will be run by RunRIG Ministries, led by Captain David Rees of the Anglican Church in New Zealand’s organisation Church Army. Started in 1999, the ministry organisation has resourced churches, children’s leaders and children’s ministries in New Zealand. It runs holiday programmes, all-age events, school visits, and training seminars, which have inspired and helped many children and people involved in children’s work. Impressions meetings allow people to learn and grow in their ministry and provide a balance of input and discussion that enables participants to think through issues relating to ministry to children.
