KANSAS CITY, MO (ANS): Four Baptist missionaries who were held in Haiti, arrived at Kansas City International Airport, on February 18 and promptly said they were “deeply thankful to God.”
They were among eight American missionaries freed after three weeks in custody. Two were left behind in jail. The missionaries denied the child trafficking accusations, saying the trip was a “rescue mission” for young victims of the January 12 7.0 earthquake that struck Haiti.
